Section I . Symbols, abbreviations and TRS codes
This section contains the explanation of symbols and abbreviations that appear in the List, as well as the twoletter TRS codes denoting the country in which an accounting authority is located (cf. Annex A to ITU-T Recommendation D.90*).
Section II . Statistics and hours of service of ship stations
This section contains:
global statistics drawn up from the information contained in columns 4-9 and 11 of the List;
country statistics of the number of stations in the edition having selective call numbers, maritime mobile service identities and satellite numbers;
a table, a diagram and a map of the world showing the hours of service of ship stations according to categories and time zones.
Section III . Particulars of ship stations
Particulars of ship stations are published in Part A as well as in Part B (Section I) in eleven columns as shown below. Columns 1-10 contain basic station particulars while column 11 contains complementary information and references to notes found in Section IV. For further information concerning column 11, see explanations about this column.
